Compliance & Supply Chain Integrity FEOC-Compliant and IRA-Eligible:
All Grid Foundries modules and upstream supply chains are fully compliant with Foreign Entity of Concern (FEOC) restrictions and structured to qualify for incentives under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA). All materials and vendors are rigorously vetted for legal traceability and compliance.

Grid Foundries is operated by industry veterans with over 2 GW of solar projects developed and more than 1.5 GW of solar module manufacturing already built and commissioned. Our engineering, operations, and procurement teams are embedded, experienced, and ready to scale.

Facility Development & Engineering Team:
Grid Foundries is preparing to begin development of its flagship OEM manufacturing facility in Lathrop, California. This facility will anchor our domestic module production strategy and scale to support Tier 1 OEM partners. Strategically located in California’s Central Valley, the Lathrop site offers immediate access to critical infrastructure—including interstate highways, rail, and port logistics—to streamline domestic and international supply chain operations.
